The mission of Record Performance is to provide you with physical and mental training so that you can reach the peak of your capability in whatever it is that matters to you, when it matters most.
Mental Skills Coaching
Training is only as effective as the participant’s mindset. Fortunately, this mindset can be enhanced by training the brain with a set of mental skills. Mental skills are the individual components of “the intangibles” that impact performance. These intangible characteristics include, but are not limited to, composure during stress, focus and attention shifting amidst chaos, team cohesion, motivation, and mental rehearsal. These performance optimizing characteristics are the difference between the ability to perform, and the ability to perform optimally when it matters most. This means is that consistent, optimal performance can be developed by using mental skills to maximize the brain’s ability to think when stressed.
Strength and Conditioning Coaching
Shaina provides her clients not only with a lifelong passion for physical performance optimization, but also the knowledge and expertise that come with her M.S. in Kinesiology, as well as being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
